1. The web site must have a reasonable download time and also must contain links to other Masonic resources.

2. The web site must be current, complete and ready for viewing overall. Web sites that are considered as "still under construction" will not be considered.

3. The web site must be in English, or have an English version of the web site easily accessible.

4. The web site must be a Masonic web site that must either be sponsored by, or approved of, a Lodge or a Grand Lodge, or if it is a personal web site, it must be solely devoted to and its overall content pertaining to Freemasonry.

5.  Each page must have navigation bars or buttons so that a viewer may access different pages without having to use the back button on browser.

6.  The web site should include various forms of Masonic information and promote Masonry, and not just be a place to list the Lodge officers names, location and meeting times.

7. The graphics and fonts should combine to create a pleasing well laid out site.
